Single End User License

This agreement is a one time limited license between you, the client, and Basement Productions, Inc. doing business as Basementia™ via the website at basementiadesign.com

By purchasing a template from us you are buying a license to post derivations of the code and images contained within the .zip file to a single website controlled by you. If you want to base two websites on the same template design, you must buy the template twice.

Not for Re-Sale

You may not sell, post to a bulletin board, or in any other way distribute the code, the designs, the images, the photos, the objects, the fonts if included, or any other components of the template, or derivations thereof, to anyone, except in a manner that is consistent with the template's reasonable intented use, for the purpose of creating a single public website controlled by you, as described above.

All other use is expressly prohibited. The images, photos and designs contained in the templates are copyrighted works, licensed to or created by Basementia™. Redistribution of the images and other components of the templates is a violation of copyright laws.

Additional Limitations to the License

For stock photos with models (any pictures of people) you may not alter the images in any way that would defame the models. You may not use the stock photos on a pornographic site.

Limited Warranty

Basementia™ hereby warrants that the templates sold on this website and customized by our company are free from defects in workmanship, are reasonably compliant with website coding standards, and will perform as represented when viewed on modern internet browsers, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome. Other devices and browsers may not be supported. If in doubt, please call our friendly sales team.

In the event that you purchase a template and you find a coding error or the template is otherwise found not to perform as expected, please notify Basementia™ within 30 days of the template purchase date and we will promptly correct the problem. However, if template customization has been performed by any entity other than Basementia Design™, this warranty is void.

We do not warrant compatibility with browsers other than recent versions of the ones named above. Basementia™ makes no other warranty, real, express, or implied, regarding the website templates. For example, we do not guarantee that buying our templates will bring you customers, or make you more popular with the ladies.

No Refunds

Once you have downloaded the files, the purchase price for the template is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

You hereby expressly agree that Basementia shall not be held liable for any fines or damages whatsoever, under any circumstances, without limitation.
